Pat's own personal achievements and experiences have most certainly qualified him to meet our every need.  He competed in the 1964 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games in the Javelin event, was the 1966 Southeastern Conference (SEC) Champion.  He also participated in the Pan-American Games from 1967-1971.  He was nominated "Strength Coach of the Year" in 1984 after serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for all sports at the University of Kentucky.  Pat earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Kentucky and his Master's degree from Georgetown College and is also a contributing editor to Tennis and Golf International Magazines.
